Wanted-Anti Roll Bar for Cortina Mk2

Hi , Has anyone got a spare front anti roll bar for a Mk2 Cortina they want to sell.

My son has just stripped his one off and found its eaten away with rust by nearly a mm where the bushes sit.

Doesn't matter what diameter you have as he will be buying new ARB bushes.

I had the same problem on my MK1 Cortina.

I just got some bushes that were smaller internal diameter.

Hi Johnny,

The  worrying thing is they are corroded where the bushes go through into the TCA's . Seems 40 years of moisture has sat and rotten the roll bar which when you take off the corrosion is down to about 14mm

I see what you mean now, I thought you meant  the bar was worn where the bush goes on the front crossmember.

I have a 19mm one for Mk1 Cortina freshley black powder coated if the same as Mk2 ?, £35  i'm nr Boston
