Since owing a classic again, you forget how small they are now compared to modern vehicles, often commented on as well by onlookers.

Here’s a good example of the mini. Even the smaller vehicles of today are bigger compared to mine. You don’t notice over time until you have something quantifiable. Have people got bigger? 🤣

Very true Dave.

It seems people like things bigger as it makes them feel safer whilst driving standard get worse. SUVs are in abundance on our roads and 4x4s never see any slippy stuff.

If we carry on like this everyone will want one of the Ford SUVs below and we will need another section @Vista in the OSF website garage 🤣

This Ford SUV was ahead of its time by over 80 years.

Parking problems solved!

I had my golf mk6 sat next to a new mini and a mini countryman today and it looked the same size as the mini and smaller than the countryman

I am a fan of both classic and modern cars, but you're right—classics like the Mini are tiny compared to today’s vehicles! It's amazing how much cars have grown. Also I really love old and new limos. Here have hire even one for my cousin's birthday. Was soo cool and great to have a ride.

The modern "Mini" is out of proportions and has nothing in common as like calling it a Mini. I don't like that modern car . Just like they had this new "Beetle" An ugly car. I prefer the original classics anytime.
