nope, std black betacloth late style 1300E seats with runners go for a fortune, im sure its just the runners everyone really wants, as you cant get a proper set very easily, what look ok in pictures are usually not matched or welded up to make look good early tip fwd ones i dont know as so far not needed those personally not sure what scheel seats are

i reckon thats cheap i fought to buy and paid more than that for std 1300E cloth seats, about 200 more, i only wanted them for the runners as well, as i couldnt get the proper ones for love nor money seat prices are mad though

im real fussy, look at one of the 1300E escorts im doing in the resto section, its the blue one the dash top is out of this blue car, i put the one from my purple car in this one the dashtop was perfect when removed, then while still very nieve at the time, i did a deal with classic trim and part of it was to recover the dashtop, i didnt realise that all he was going to do was glue vinyl on the top and ruin it i probably didnt even get my dash top back, when i removed his shoddy vinyl, there was this dash top with a split on the left of the clock surround and couple on the top edge i have had it repaired, but the guy that repaired it said if it splits there again then he cant repair it there again, the vinyl is now not as soft as it should be, witch i put down the the glue he used, if im honest, its ideal for flocking or one of those nice leather covers on e-bay, it will go in a car as is no prob, but if it does split, then its hastle to change and or find another or cover it my cars are going to be concourse, in fact probably the best original 1300Es you will find, so i dont want a covered dash top at all will post a pic tomorow evening

hi guys im in need of the black vinyl 6 dial dash top, needs to be in good original condition and not torn etc, as for concourse car, and for RHD car of course i know these dont come along too often, but if anyone has anything im prepared to give a good price for the right thing i have a repaired one that i can exchange if needed, just im too fussy to fit the repaired one must be a genuine ford one, not a micky mouse grp thing

trust me, stay away from this man, its not only a time and money issue, its shoddy work as well, he is far from good at what he does and it seems he dosnt do most of it, he ships it out, if you complain he then disappears it is not his main business, as i understand it, he has a full time job elsewhere, and does this when he is not on the road i had to threaten him with the police, trading standards and a closing down order just to get a text response from him 14 months on i have most of the stuff, but its cost me a fortune sending a driver in there virtually every day for 6months, but ive now given up i have to have the soddy work he done on the seats re-covered properly, the beta he used was thin rubbish, and what he called the correct blue hue on a black seat was actually a blue cloth, totally the wrong colour and stitched wrong it would not suprise me to see someone get heavy with him he dosnt give out his address if he can help it, and has recently moved both business and private address as well STAY WELL CLEAR

tip fwd seats or seats that just the back tilts fwd, the carpets are different what colour do you need when you can find them, as the are like hens teeth in nos or vgc, you will pay thru the nose there are a couple on e-bay at the mo, but both are pretty worn repro ones are rubbish, but if your threadbear they will do nos wont dye a different colour, it will part dye but you always see the original colour, you have to spray them a different colour then make sure you use mats on the heavy wear areas
