Finished the roof last night. Couldn't get the red to stretch so used gloss black and much better. A little bit of tidying up and she will be done

So,today I treated Brenda to Oil and filter change,get a bit of valvoline in there. A new pair of GAZ rear shocks as the spax were worn out. Some rubbing and flattening down ready for some paint. Finished off the bonnet scoop. Finished off with a 30 mile blast over the brecon beacons. The Gaz shocks are good at at 6 clicks. Need to sort my front brakes as she pulls to the left when breaking

Serious question. Need to drill three holes in a side glass for someone. What's the best method. The hole is 6mm diameter.

Over the past few days,have wrestled the new bonnet onto my Brenda. Its a new fibreglass type and fits very well. Spent today lining things up and a coat of base coat. Top coat next weekend. Got a new 2300 watt generator at last I can have heating, tools, kettle all at the same time now. I can see a few late ones. Need to sort out some soundproofing as the residents will moan. I tried an electric spray gun 25 quid to do the inside of the bonnet. It did ok and not a bad finish. Paint needs to be thin though. My dad bought me a new drill for Christmas.the wife shouted because I spent 300 on a genny.
