Bought in 2018 done about 2k miles with it. New bosch dizzy fitted with accuspark electronic ignition. Has vac advance so suited for weber twin choke dgv dgas etc. Bought New from accuspark. New rotor arm and clear cap New 2019 matching accuspark non ballast coil. All items in good order.will get pictures but I think you know what it looks like. This is a plug and play set up. Easy to fit and gives a more powerful and reliable spark.

Bought a very nice gearbox today from a man with a zetec anglia in Portsmouth.going to get a taller first gear installed. Great anglia

I bought a new 32 36 from fast road cars via eBay. I think it was a Spanish one as there is no anti stall like the picture. It came jetted for a two litre and sorted out the poor idle and resistant pick up.i also fitted the dgas type flap operation so both chokes open the same and the kit came with a different jet to fit, can't quite remember but the top had to come off. I also binned the choke and choke flaps along time ago. It is said a 32 36 weber is good for up to 140 bhp and ouflowsa single dcoe or dhla.

Anyone recommend someone who does type 9 gearbox reconditioning. Any good or bad experiences. Thanks

Reconditioned or in very good condition

So mine is close to failing now. It's like a straight cut gearbox. Rattling as well so it's just a matter of time. Need to get it swapped out pretty soon. Any recommendations for getting a recon unit or a very good second hand unit.

I bet there is a lot of filler in there.l like a good anglia.
