as these clocks, or should i say the rev counter is a mystery. could it be from an import model? you said that you hadn't seen any with the red zone on too. I've been looking through google and come across a couple of different pictures of some clocks in KMH with the red zone. if you'd like to put them in your thread.

well they came out of an rs2000 and theres nothing that looks butchered on them

the prices will all depend on condition. i doubt very much that a good genuine spoiler has sold for £66. unless it was damaged, then they would obviously fetch less than a good one would.

ive just looked on ebay to look at mk3 escort dash clocks. the font of the numbers is different, thinner lettering. and the red bit that i never actually noticed on mine starts at about 6.5k.

well the ones i have for mine are the white needle 120mph clocks. these came with my rs2000 i had, i ran it for a while then broke it for parts. i actually prefer these ones with the rev counter starting there. if the number font was the same then id swap the rev counter from mine for that one.

right so theres only one genuine spoiler on ebay for £550 so i think £475 is reasonable and the clocks on ebay are £475 and up so £400. Thought i'd offer them here first but if they don't sell then i'll bang em on ebay.

to be fair they didn't have a front spoiler either. but at the end of the day just because some anorak says it shouldn't have one doesn't mean it can't.

yeah its a shame, i always wanted a set of these as they are a bit different to the usual 7x13s as the spokes sit flat to the wheel not dished in. and as i hate big wheels on escorts, the 14s arnt so offensive to look at.

yeah they have been for sale for ages, i think the guys on crack at that price.

no not a new one. a good used one. as for prices, theres one spoiler on ebay for 550. and clocks are all at 475. obviously to OSF members i aint asking those prices. sensible bids may be accepted, i'll think of a price. but i thought id try here first before i put them on ebay with the RS tax included. i'll try and get pics up this weekend.

mk2 escort rs2000 boot spoiler, been in storage in my loft for 20 years. genuine ford and in great condition, no holes, splits, cracks, and all studs intact. Also set of mk2 rs2000 140mph orange needle dash clocks, again in great condition and were working perfect when put in storage. Both were from my own rs2000, I dont need 2 of each but i do need some inner wings, so clearing a few bits out. I'll try and get some pictures posted up as soon as i get them out of the loft.

Having a bit of a clear out. I bought these about 6 years ago. I bought them from a guy about 2 miles away from me, the previous owner had them on a mk1 escort and as he had it on a jack and a wheel off. Some thieving pikey stole the wheel that was off the car. I was hoping to find another one so i could get the refurbed and checked for straightness and use them on my car. But i can't get my hands on one. Really rare wheels. not in the best condition but no cracks that i can see anywhere. no bronze glass at all col. even my rs2000 had clear in her. they keep coming up on ebay though.

Great entertainment today. Mostly mk2 escorts, a few mk1 escorts, mk1 cortina, mk1 astra, tr7 v8, talbot sunbeam, novas, corsas plus some newer crap. Scoobys, evos, fiestas, hondas. Got there at 8am, bit of rain. By 10am sun was out and blue skies. 12 noon, hail stone and 1pm snowing! Some top quality flat out sideways driving and resulting in quite a few crashes. At least 2 mk2 escorts rolled, fiesta rolled and a fiesta clipped a banking near us at speed and spun a few times, completely wrecked. Didn't hear of any injuries. as title, this Sunday 6th Feb. rallying up north Yorkshire. Pickering, Dalby Forest area. cars leaving Thirsk at 8:30am. 1st car at Wass moor 8:55am. 1st car at Cropton 9:55am. 1st car at Gale Rigg 10:20am. All stages will be run twice.
