Like everyone said it's good if you've allready got one, I was lucky in that I bought mine literaly months before the scene really exploded. However I can see people that have allready got them ending up to afraid to drive them or leave them unattended. A lot of people are not going to risk throwing a 10 grand Escy round a race track, the cheap motorsport ellement that made Escort's so popular is going to end up becoming financially impossible. The concours side of retro fords is gonna get massive though.
