  1. I set out to make my car obviously different from any other, while remaining a days work with grinder/welder and some paint to return it to standard. And as above I despise the mondeo or worse passat driver who criticises.....grrrr! Its my car. You want it otherwise then hand me a large bag of tenners and away you go. And no Rally Pack you are not the only one who obsesses over parts and then changes them after buying/fitting something only to decide its not for you.
  2. Thats a nice short list! And a lovely looking car that.
  3. And the noise! NOTHING sounds better than a Crossflow on sidedraughts
  4. Yep. Kinda needs to go up a bit (shock horror!) really. But I have a cunning plan.... Maybe. Here's a few outside photos. Estate in town by quickrack, on Flickr Rs13.15 by quickrack, on Flickr Holiday13.42 by quickrack, on Flickr

  11. I used to have a build thread but its lapsed for so long now I cant find it. The car was bought as a shell. And then I bought a totally rotted out estate. Then it was built up, stripped, painted, restripped, repainted, built up ,used, broke down loads, fixed, improved and driven. Over 7 years now, and always on a shoe-string budget. It currently runs a borrowed gearbow and borrowed twin 40 webers. Some people are awesome! Anyway you have to start somewhere so here it is. 1st thing thing to say is...its low! Stuck a coke can under her for scale. DSCI0143 by quickrack, on Flickr Its no wonder it scrapes DSCI0144 by quickrack, on Flickr And the beastie in her lair DSCI0352 by quickrack, on Flickr
