  1. yeah sure did, heres the one i restored 2 years ago .. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=2f4KRPsDflw thats proper nice. I want another stroker. Had a 350 powervalve couple of years back but sold that to get a gsxr, then sold the gsxr to get the aprilia that I have now. Bought an NSR250 last year, really cheap off ebay, but it was utterly fooked and I couldnt find hardly any spares to get started with it so that got sold on. Just got a little kawasaki ae50 off a mate at work, was gonna play in the local quarry with it, but found out he has a reg plate for it, so I'm thinking of putting it on the road for a laugh. what I really fancy getting now, is a kawasaki triple to restore, probs a kh250 cos all the bigger ones have gone to mental prices I used to run a KH250. Not fast, really heavy clutch, but beautiful to ride, look at and listen to!
  2. Drill a small hole in the side, tap it out and secure to the valve with a small grub screw, best if its an allen screw type than a slotted one though...

  5. When we weld fuel tanks at work (diesel tanks off diesel locomotives, so they are big!) we have to steam them out, and fill them with argon before welding. And petrol is even more volatile than diesel, so be very very careful welding petrol tanks, and would be better not to do it at all. http://www.hse.gov.uk/mvr/experience/fire.htm

  21. Tha'ts only a model Escort though, I used to be into model trains and if you print images on paper, spray the paper with clear laquer, then wet the paper and gently remove it, and the image should stay on the clear laquer. This can then be applied to the model like a water slide transfer. I have never done it, but that's the theory apparently!!
