  8. I think you should make sure that the name makes it clear that you are female, as some people want a female instructor, I don't know of many that specifically want a male instructor. So if you use your name in the title, make sure people know it is Jo and not Joe!

    I know someone who moved from Carlisle to Chester, went into a bakers and asked for a sausage roll. They offered him a sausage roll (he wanted a roll with a sausage in it, a sausage cob in these parts). He said 2no, one of those" (pointing at the rolls) with a sausage in it. They said "oh, you want a batch?" He said "no, I only want one"
