ive got at 2.9 turbo technics twin turbo that im planning on fitting in my mk2 granada when my escort is done ive been looking at the drive torque clutches that lark speed sell, they do stage 1 2 and 3 for most cars you can imagine and they seem pretty reasonable on prices as well

this is mine on a trial fitting 7x13 et-7 165/65/13 tyre 5 linked rear end with coilovers fitted but springs removed, car it sitting on the tyre with the arch just rubbing each side

when i first did a zetec and type 9 conversion on my mk2 i used the rally design single piece prop and kept knocking the uj's out so i changed to the one retro ford sell and haven't had any problems since, i also used a 4.1 diff to to start with and that was plenty quick enough off the line but there wasn't enough top end for me so i changed back to a 3.89 which i found to be a nice ratio, still quick enough off the line to beat most things and would do about 145 mph. i also run a quaife atb and its great for the road and general messing about just took a little getting used to when i wanted to go sideways, i invested in some 2 piece half shafts when i snapped one of the standard ones at pod a couple of years back, but according to what ive heard about the atb they effectively go open diff when a wheel is cocked (dont quote me on this as i don't understand them) but i was able to drive home with one broken shaft cut down to stop it catching the bit still in the diff.

Not yet mate got my sierra in the garage at the mo so I can get that out of my way then the escort will be going in to fit the springs I could with some new leaf springs as well though passenger side is starting to sag where's they best to get them from they are multi leaf I will replace them at the same time as lowering the rear As for the meets I'm up for that and my sister has insured her fezzy to night so just got to wait for the 1st to tax it so I'm sure she will be along too
