i have had a busy day and decided as the weather was good to take the pop out for a blast this evening !!!

got to my mates house (less than 5 mins from mine) to pick her up, pullled out onto the main road that was busy , so i saw a gap and went for it!!!

only to be met with a loud bang and crunching and only partial drive!!!

looks like another halfshaft has bitten the dust !!!!

so we then set about pushing the car nearly half a mile to my house because there was no way i was leaving it where it was!!!

hoodrat central!!!

and this was made alot harder by every 20 yards or so the axle locking solid and nearly smashing my face into the window frame on every occasion as i was steering through the window !!!!!!

by the time i got the car back i was breathing out of my arsehole and had to sit down for a while !!!!! :x

looks like the 8" is now going to get fitted after all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

BUGGERATION!!! Ah well nothing like a catastrophe to get things moving. My Prefect is currently having an engine swap as the 1600 crossflow that was in it decided to spit its dummy the other day after I spent the day servicing it. These OSF's just like to hit us where it hurts! Good luck with getting it sorted - thats a wicked car you got.
