So was mine originally, I think the official designation is something like Bertone Grey but it's a pretty drab shade of silver. The beauty of them is that they all came black under the bonnet, boot interior etc, so changing the colour is quite easy. I prefer mine in this striking yellow it gets noticed alot, I wonder why? Plus, most people have never seen or heard of them

Admin Vista Posted April 23, 2007 Admin Report Posted April 23, 2007 Truthfully I've no idea what it's worth it's a W plate version of this in a slightly more blue colour, I think it's done something like 30000 from new
BigDave Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 They are quite cheap acyually, a bit too small for me tho. I have been thinking about a pre '89 911 Turbo ?? Or dare I say it... a 348 Ferrari??

BigDave Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 Vista, is that your one in the picture? I like that colour a lot!
BigDave Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 DOH, just read your words again. Thats not your car. Sorry matey.
Admin Vista Posted April 23, 2007 Admin Report Posted April 23, 2007 vista if you ever sell that yellow montreal let me have first dibs i think i like it more than i do mk1 escorts Thanks for the compliment . It'd need a big wallet to get me to part with it though, there was less than 180 of them ever made in RHD worldwide and not all of them came to the UK (there's way less than that left now) plus it owes me a lot of money. Truthfully it may look pretty and yes it's got lots of trick technology for it's day, but it still isn't nearly as much fun as a well sorted Escort.
