4parajon Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 Bet I'm there before you Have a look in the meets section as there's 2 this weekend. The "Northern Meet" and the "Wirral Meet", take your pick, not sure if I'm going myself as my gearbox is'nt ready but there all friendly and wont take the piss out of your Puma too much, I used too turn up in a Peugeot
Jimbob-Squarepants © Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 My Capri spent it's life up there in Preston untill last year
Slik 50 Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 Mate I work in Preston (Live in Morecambe). There are a few meets around but nothing major Riversway is back on at the docks and its on this friday. Should be a good turnout this time if the weather is fine We have the Northern meet over near sadelworth (sp) moor between oldham and leeds wich is on this sunday! not a massive turn out but its a good drive there and back with some fine food and humor in between Then XpackKen sorts out the wirral meet (also this sunday) which is normally a good turn out! Then there are a few meets during the season over in Ulverston nr. Barrow Then the escort "Tour of the lakes" weekend which is supossed to be a blinding weekend. The Bradford to Morecambe rally is normally a good event. There are some other car days around aswell during the season. I think there is one in Pilling which is only around the corner from you. A few in Heysham village, and a couple around Garstang. But the main ones are always a good drive away but worth it
4parajon Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 Mate I work in Preston (Live in Morecambe) Funny I thought you lived in the Lakes for some reason
Slik 50 Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 I can see the lakes from where I live Graeme (mk1mexico) live's in the lakes

The only meet I atend regulaly through the season is the rivers way meet. (As its on me way home from work )
