if the government noticed that the only people blocking the roads were car club members i think theyd get thgeir own back in some way or other.

 

any action would need to be highly organised and represent every section of the population... a kind of union would need to be formed to organise and....

it wouldnt be a roadblock or a rolling prtoest if . . . ..

well we all drive old fords, therefore we're all allowed to break down at least once a month anyway, getting back to the point if we all 'broke down' in the same spot at the same time it would have the similar effect as a road block but can we really get shafted for all breaking down ?
