mk1mexico Posted June 15, 2007 Report Posted June 15, 2007 Very nice car iv just sold a 1300 sport that looked identical, but the wheels need to go in my opinion
needboost Posted June 15, 2007 Author Report Posted June 15, 2007 Yea not my first choice on the wheels either, but i bought them with the car. Money's a bit tight for now so need to stay like that for a while any way

caprixpack Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 what are them wheels lol big wheels deffo donbt suit the mk2
needboost Posted June 19, 2007 Author Report Posted June 19, 2007 Cheers guys. Bought the car with the wheels,so budget is slightly stuffed for the moment. Definitely want a set of 13 or maybe 15 inch minilites Will keep you guys posted..
oldskool4me Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 very nice mate will look great when you put the superlites on it
Admin Vista Posted June 21, 2007 Admin Report Posted June 21, 2007 Wheels look ok to me, they fill the arches and you still get to use nice skinny rubber, what's wrong with that? It's the 13" superlites (or any other kind of 13" rim) on rubber bands leaving big arch gaps that I always think look odd.
4parajon Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 Do like a Sport Do you use a ladder to get in the car though
MK II Mark Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 Nice Motor Loose the Monster truck look though. Unless your gonna drive over a carpark of chavved up saxo's.
PAUL MANN Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 that looks well nice, even better with a set of minilite

seanbob Posted June 22, 2007 Report Posted June 22, 2007 Yep as has been said, loose the wheels otherwise perfecto Gotta love a Sport
Nige S Posted June 22, 2007 Report Posted June 22, 2007 Nice car, have to agree with the majority on the wheels, but........... when you're in it and driving it, the wheels just don't matter.
Mr.Ford Posted June 26, 2007 Report Posted June 26, 2007 lovely MK2 Escort.... But as said, loose the wheels, they don't suite the car
Tommy.C Posted July 8, 2007 Report Posted July 8, 2007 she sits high on those rims! a pretty cool look but i think i agree with everyone else minilites wood look betterr but youve got yourself a lovely mk2 !
