Vinyl Roof - Opinions Please

Got thinking the other day about removing the vinyl roof on the Mk1. She will be going for a full respray in Olympic Blue in the spring but just cant decide what to do with the vinyl roof. The vinyl is dark blue and in good nick.

 

I could do with some help to decide What are peoples opinions

Personally I think the vinyl looks good on a Mk1 Keep it mate

Unless you are going to go wild with the mods keep it for originality mate. oh fookit I don't know if it was mine I would probably get rid. Shit this is a hard one.

scrap the car keep the vinyl i like vinyls on cars that had them ,ie old cars capris etc nice car m8

Well it looks like I'm keeping it then I'm keeping the car as original, so I suppose I should keep it anyway. Another bonus is it will be cheaper when its resprayed
