In this case the plastic is fooking AWESOME ! Do you really want to be like everyone else ? Cars like that are trend setters, think about when classic fords were in fast car ?

 

DO IT !!!!!!!!! when it's all one piece it will flow nicely, i think it's one of the most origional and innovitive styles i've ever seen.

I think you have answered your own question here - dont break it up would be a real shame. Colonge arched mk cappers are the best looking of all the OSFs (IMHO). Sounds like it has a decent spec too with that motor.

 

If you wanna keep the kit then keep it, its your car afterall -ersonally id pull it off. Although its your car these cars are getting rare now days so if you want your kids to be able to apreciate the sights and sounds of a propper capri i'd keep it and put it back the way god intended it to be

I quite like the look of it and how it flows, it's nice to see something with an engine to match the plastic.

mixed emotions on this belive it or not i would love a standed mk1 which this was once its amageing how things change but saying that i saw the white&blue mk1 at classic ford and that was the dogs kanners wish i had one like that but who nos my speeling is up the creek bit like my car thank you for your views so far,but keeping the bumpers is winning the poll at the moment which i have found strange

Take the kit off...you could get good money for it...Front bumper looks OK but dear God the rear is baaaaad.

 

Strip the car and rebuild it bit by bit.

personally i could never do that to a mk1 capri

 

i always take the piss out of all the plastic sh*t driving around saying "but its still a corsa"

 

yours is still a capri and as much as i couldnt do it..... get it finished. Its still old skool. it may not be to everyones taste but dare to be different
