Anyone know what happened to the project?

No updates since April, just wondering about some pics of the finished article? If this post is in the wrong place I do apologise but most people come to this bit.

he ddint update the project thread he put updates in this section there are alot of pics of it floating about check out pppls classic ford show pics in even reports section and u should find some

erm 2 very 8)8) motors i think you will find the sports model came with a sunroof mate as well as that was one of the extra bits along with the rear opening quater-windows.

 

doc how long to build your x-pack as been thinking of doing this my self and i do love the mk2 kit over the mk3 one if you start out with a very good shell do they come with a tempate as ware to cut the wings and rear archs or not

Dont want to start a nit picking session but my 3.0S doesn't have a sunroof :wink:

 

Just checked my Ford cataloges and they say sunroof optional extra on all MK2 models and standard fittment on the ghia :P

Mate it doesnt come with templates , Speak to adam at capri retstorations he is king x pack .

 

I paid for it to be restored and built as an x pack but if you knew waht you were doing i reckon 4 weekends work to do it properly and tub the arches etc at home . :wink:

Needs must i guess ! Thats a sad posting .... Still he has that JPS and a million other cars to build i guess :ykt:
