orionmojo Posted July 30, 2007 Report Posted July 30, 2007 -1 or 2 inches what do peeps reckon? i dont want to have any issues with scrubbing, but theres never any people in the back, tyres are 205/60/13". any help apreciated, and this is how it is atm. a better one from the side, but with diff profile tyres. these ones are 195/70/13 thanks muchly. i should be ordering the parts tomoz. my gut is to go with the -1 inch, but i think if i oculd get away with 2 it'd look better. i dunno
orionmojo Posted July 30, 2007 Author Report Posted July 30, 2007 no one wants to be the voice of reason before i order the parts then
Copey Posted July 30, 2007 Report Posted July 30, 2007 well you could go 2...or 3...or is that not the sort of reasoning you wanted?

cledus Posted July 30, 2007 Report Posted July 30, 2007 Check out Rebel MCs rat look mk2 Cortina in 'The Rat Look' thread. That's running 145lb -2" springs on the front and a set of 2" lowering blocks on the back. Will give you some idea of what you should be aiming for (in my opinion). Page 2 or 3 I think.
pauln Posted July 30, 2007 Report Posted July 30, 2007 This is mine i reckon about 2 1/2 at the front on 160lbs and capri single leafs and 1 1/2 blocks at the back on 185 70s. http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p183 ... ina062.jpg Need to drop the back another 1/2 to an 1" I think.
ADY Posted July 30, 2007 Report Posted July 30, 2007 deffo 2" mate, LUKEY has lowered his 1600E 2" and it looks quality!
