Admin Mk2Jo Posted September 12, 2007 Author Admin Report Posted September 12, 2007 Is there any deadline for payment or limit of people in the venuewhich would determine how quickly this sells out It's quite a big venue so I think we will be okay with the numbers but obviously, we need good support for this as we have already paid the £450 that it costs to rent the hall & disco & doormen etc. This is extra to the £25.00 per head tickets which cover beer and food so we would appreciate payments sooner rather than later But ... we do understand that people may not have the money at the moment which is why we have given 4 months notice for the event

Posse Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 I have spoken to the guy who runs the BA Wingspan club and I'm afraid that due to the low numbers of people attending the Xmas bash, he has told me that we haven't reached their minimum occupancy number of 140 people, so he cannot offer us the £25.00 per head unlimited free drinks and food offer. He has assured us that he can still offer the food but he has to limit the free drinks to 5 per person I'm really, really sorry to have to tell you this but it is out of our control. He didn't make this clear to us at the very beginning otherwise we would have told people how it is but despite my efforts he is not budging. We really wish there was something else we could do. I hope this will not spoil your evening and I hope that you will continue to support us. If you honestly feel that this is not what you want, then we will of course, offer you a refund CheeRS Darren and the rest of the Admin Team
