Sadly we never do, especially if it isn't finished. You'd get more if you finished it first, but I'm betting if you finished it you'd quickly change your mind about selling up.

Don't sell it, you will never get it back and you have built that up from scratch.

 

Finish it, Drive it. Then decide - but take a long time in doing so.
