Just a note to say thank you very much to the kind person who has just removed and stolen my valve caps from my RS 31oo Capri at the Old Skool Ford meeting tonight at Ashford.

Next time buy your own!!!

Love going to these meetings, it's a shame some people have to spoil it for others.

There was a lot of kids and plastic lovers about as well as yank stuff though :( , I think the word must have got about what was going on. Probably won't be long before we are banned from this one due to the amount of ppl leaving the area wheel spinning away.

Sorry to hear about your caps mate, tossers

every time i put nice shiney valvecaps on my wheels they go missing within a week or maybe two if im lucky. it amazes that someone would steel something as petty as a valvecap nowadays, proberley a chav wanting one for there BMX or Ped

Thanks for all the support. It's annoying and not too costly to put right but I have had the car on the road for over 6 years and never had any problems before. Guess the dark evenings now help these low lifes!!

I am thinking of putting a little note in my window at home after a recent attempted break-in.

Words to the effect of

This property will be protected against unauthorised access by reasonable force. This force may result in injury to the intruder. Access these premises at your own risk. If you are found in this house, reasonable force may result in broken limbs.

Thieving scum, what has society come to these days....

I parked my bike up at a meet and someone robbed the titanium end can off it - people are out there tooled up for the job cos it had security bolts & lockwire :( also had my front indicators on the Harrier removed some years back.

Its the wrong thing to say but if I catch someone in the act on mine or someone elses car there won't be much benefit of the doubt going on... a sad state of affairs.
