i had countless watches usually lost or broke within a feek

then about 5 years ago i bought a pretty decent non working one from a charity shop £3.50 then got a battery put in it £5 and i still have it and it still works :lol:

never bother with it though, would just get in the way at work and if im not working i usually have my phone on me which acts more as a clock/alarm clock than it does a phone :lol: come to think of it the only thing ive phoned since buying the damn thing a month ago is the talking clock :oops::lol::oops: '123' :mrgreen:

i think alot of people now just use there phone as a clock but im one that doesnt always have my phone with me unless im either going a long way in the car or expecting a call

I work with computers all day, so never have to look further than down there, to the right for the time.

Then there's the mobile. But for special, Ive got a Bolex that I picked up in Dubai for £12 and my late dads vintage (40s) Rolex, which I wear to work on the car (Joke!)

I kept breaking them at work so haven't worn a watch in 25 years.I was bought one last xmas and tried wearing it but it felt too weird so it's in a drawer.......I think. :?:wink::D

I got myself an Omega Seamaster a few years ago, saved up for ages and eventual;ly got one because I'd always wanted one. I dont take it off for anything, working on the car, welding it stays on.

I'd feel naked without one :shock:

I cant leave home without my watch, but i've ALWAYS worn one. Although its only in the last year that i bought a nice watch, a vintage Rado 909, and its luurrrvely.

But i am a bit of a watch-perv :oops::P
