Police wont do a lot they're useless gits as well didnt do a lot for me and my car. In two of my cars I have had a battery cut off switch so used to take that out when parked up.

You've clearly been watchin too many American made gangster movies, etc. A cricket bat is a far superior weapon to those yankee tickling sticks, the only reason I can see that no one will use one is because of all those movies you watched as a kid where the hero saves the day using only a jumped up rounders bat. The only advantage to using a "basey" would be if you were not physically up to wielding heavier a cricket bat. (Prepare for incoming!)

Mark2Mark Posted October 30, 2006 Author Report Posted October 30, 2006 Cheers to everyone for their help and support I got all the wiring sorted today which i was quite chuffed about as i hate wiring especially when the little f#ckers who had been messing trying to hot wire it had connected the sidelight wires into the fuel pump wires!!?? (what the hell were they doing?) Thanks to Fiesta steve and w p e i have got fixed up with a dash. Just looking for a front and rear bumper now preferably one that is straight but not too concerned about the chrome as i was going to paint mine black anyway. Again a big thanks to everyone Next on the shopping list, cut off switch and an alarm and maybe a bat of some description!

And I am deadly serious. I'm not saying that it should be an alternative to jail. What I am suggesting is that if you leave school without a certain amount of qualifications or the promise of college or university a compulsory 2 years service should be in place. 2 years service will instill the basic social skills today's youngsters lack. Respect for themselves and others. Discipline. Motivation, teamwork and camaraderie.
