Admin Mk2Jo Posted September 7, 2006 Admin Report Posted September 7, 2006 Looks like a moggy van with a strange front
Jimbob-Squarepants © Posted September 7, 2006 Report Posted September 7, 2006 Wow, that is awesome! That roof chop must have taken alot of patience!!! What lump is that? Could it be a Fiat / Lancia Twin Cam???
bashmk1 Posted September 7, 2006 Report Posted September 7, 2006 yep tis a fait twin cam. we rebuilt one of those for a moggy once. it had twin 45's running thru a type 9 box on minilites. after we built it he phoned up to say thanks and we did a good job but the car now scared him. was a really cool motor. and it was a convertable.
escortmad79 Posted September 8, 2006 Report Posted September 8, 2006 It's a roof chopped Moggie van with a fibreglass Willys lookalike front end & a Fiat Twin cam
Doc Posted September 8, 2006 Report Posted September 8, 2006 Post office van , chopped ,fiat twink and a willys nose V cool indeed ! Love a moggie
105Nick Posted September 8, 2006 Report Posted September 8, 2006 A guy round my way has a real clean black MK1 escy with a fiat T/C lump. Those fronts used to be popular years back, but I prefer the subtle 50s curves myself. Did anyone remember the Street Machine Project moggy pick up, a red one with 10 x 15s on really fat drag rubber and small block chevy? It was so subtle until you realised it had a custom frame and huge rims/running gear.
mk14dr Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 i was at notts americana this year (i love a good yank.... ) there was a yellow minor convertible with a rover v8. the guy had chopped it in half and add 5inch widthways down the car. nutter
