Jeff HPE Motorsport Posted January 24, 2008 Report Posted January 24, 2008 Didnt Dave lee trevis have a go at driveing tender trap ?? Yes thats right, & Noel edmunds was always around when Dave was racing it, he also raced a rail.. They were the days.. Jeff Harris..
60ftman Posted January 24, 2008 Report Posted January 24, 2008 Didnt Dave lee Travis have a go at driving tender trap ?? .....he also raced a rail.... Jeff Harris.. Very strange looking thing with 'streamlined' bodywork called 'The Needle'. Was in full Radio 1 livery. As far as I recall it wasn't particularly competitive, but it was good to see 'real celebrities' at the track. I seem to remember that Simon Bates also ran a Firebird a few times. Whew! them old DJ's.....That was rock'n'Roll.... How about Chris Moyles in a car? (or would the extra weight just make it soooo slooooow.....
V8ian Posted January 24, 2008 Report Posted January 24, 2008 DLT has no Idea where the Escort is, I saw him when I was filling up my cortina so it was rude not to ask, I suppose the Stone Bros would be the best place to ask. And of course there were the Radio Luxembourg cars,
