thanks alot guys for your kind words, i never knew i was that popular it was all prompted by something that i dont agree with, its not right that its all opened again in public so let sleeping dogs lie.

 

as for selling the capri, nothing is cast in stone, i haven't made my mind up yet, i dont even know how much it would be worth anyway! this site absolutely takes over your life, which is bad from the wifes point of view and whilst anyone is a part of it, you want to be part of the scene with a great car, but now i wont be involved as much, a car that is gonna spend most of its life in the garage doing nothing is not much use and my thinking is why not let someone else enjoy it for what it is, as i wont be getting out in it much and i can get something else which i can enjoy on a more regular basis. if i decide to, i may test the water on ebay and see what happens or if someone on here is genuinely interested you can always contact me, as i said i'll keep poking my head round the door or get hold of smithy and he can pass any messages on, until such times then it stays with me.

thanks for your support people, i've never had a problem with any of you, you are a great bunch of guys, the person(s) that i have a problem with know about it now, its all been aired and is now resolved by my resignation.

I know it'll be your choice in the end but I hope you dont sell the Capri. How many times have you seen new members on this site alone when they join say 'I used to have a Escort/Capri/Cortina etc, which I stupidly got rid of now Im back and looking for another project...'
