That phase two transit has security van box sections along the sills !!!and it then scene in the background in a chase The Mk2 Escort in white appeared three times in one episode I think its very lazy editing and budget cuts that have caused this ,shame it could have been so good !! Why dont these film people employ people like us to the cars and period stuff!"

They do, and they are usually told, then it's down to the art director to make the decision as to use the car/van or not. They could also have been told (and I know the supplier and think they would have used this tactic) that it was right, and take no notice when people who do know write in. I noticed the van having something down the sides and it being in the background too. A mate of mine had a van in the series (a blue SWB Mk2 phase2) and he was paid the princely sum of £80 for the day. I nearly fell over when he told me. 80 quid is an insult.
