My boss has lightened up a little since I told him I was looking for another job and we have got a temp in and a part-timer to do some of the work so the pressure on me is right down now and the stress levels have reduced (I think Ian will back me up on that ). I did go for another job (didn't get it) but I am keeping my eyes open in the local papers for something I really want rather than just going for any old job
