Admin Vista Posted March 30, 2008 Admin Report Posted March 30, 2008 Great set list, We don't seem to get much in the way of live bands in pubs round here anymore

Toby Posted March 30, 2008 Report Posted March 30, 2008 Great set list, We don't seem to get much in the way of live bands in pubs round here anymore You can blame the government for that, they've made the entertainment licence so expessive, most pubs have only a karioky (Spelling lol) or 2 piece bands as that's how to avoid the licence fee. Silly - they moan about kids behaviour and give them nothing to work towards. Plus music is one of our big exports, why are the government so stupid and short sited?? Rant over.
ratman Posted March 30, 2008 Author Report Posted March 30, 2008 Totaly agree toby We cant even go out for a beer & a good band now with out the goverment screwing us on the price of a pint and the pubs with the entertainment licence Bastards Never mind was a good night
