capriclive Posted April 22, 2008 Report Posted April 22, 2008 i needed a pair of headlamp mounting panels for my mk1 capper. after seeing how much expressed steel want for them (32 quid each +vat & delivery) i got a secondhand one off ebay for a fiver but its a bit grotty, so i used it as a template and made these; took about 20 mins to do each one and loads saved. RESULT!

capriclive Posted April 22, 2008 Author Report Posted April 22, 2008 quite handy with the tin snips then? yeah not bad. also made a capper dash / instrument cluster to take scimitar rev counter and speedo and 52mm gauges also mk1 capri center switch panel. why pay loads when you can make it yourself, thats my motto..lol may make a few headlamp panel sets and switch panels if anyones interested
