Back on the road!!

Well its been 5 months. . . yes really of me being skint and now she's back on the road.

 

I took the interior out to get some new seats and make it more comfy rather than 'race car' and things spiralled a bit.

 

I noticed the calipers leaking, the floor was a bit rusty etc etc but at 22.30 last night she became road legal (ish) once again

 

now a few pics

Still wanna get some standard seatbelts, full cage, get rid of those switches in the dash and get a carpet made that'll fit over the tunnel plus sort some knocks and rattles that i'm not quite of the cause yet

I bought one of them split fire king lead things at Ford fair a couple of years ago, what a waste of money that was. Anyone else ever tried one?

i did 2 vista transformed my car stopped it flooding an started way easier well thats if thats wat i got

Yeah they're shit along with the split fire plugs - good demo though

 

Anyone recognise my seats? been told they're old opel ones, they were grey on the back but i recoloured the leather.

 

took me ages to get them where i wanted them and make up all the brackets, and my knees are still up round the wheel

You're talking about a replacement king lead with a plastic type sealed box in the middle of it right? A word of advice, always carry a standard lead around with you just in case.
