some prick pulled out of a sideroad on me today and wrote the front end of my car off then it was my fault because i was going to fast or was it because he was from moss side, probably the latter

 

well here it is

must of tought oooooo i am a badass in my mums car i can get out of that gap

 

one of his mates turned up in a brand new audi and they were sayin it was my fault but the guy i crashed into called the police and threatened me if i said it was his fault

 

so back up was called and a traffic car came they took details and breathelised us both

 

i dont know what happened next but the guy in the audi was arrested and the audi was then searched

 

so tomorrow i have another curtousy car ariving and i am now on the lookout for a cheap car

 

anyone know of any mk1 fiestas for not alot of money

i know but he was tryin to influence me when his mate turned up sayin i should pay cash

 

i think that is coz he knew what he had done and it was his fault

 

plus think of the money i will save on fuel bills without using my car

Not your fault end of, when pulling out of a side road he has a duty of care to make sure that it is safe to do so. Clearly it wasn't ergo his fault. Speed is no defence as it can't conclusively be proven.

 

I had someone pull out into the side of me once and claim it was my fault because I was going too fast (I was) didn't make a blind bit of difference as I had right of way regardless of what speed I was doing.

 

 

edit: confused though, how did you both end up with front end damage if he pulled out in front of you? It looks more like two cars meeting head on.
