whats dreaming all about

 

do you dream every night and see your dreams ?

 

im a pretty heavy sleeper mainly due to the tablets i take at the moment but towards morning i always wake up in the middle of a dream which i remember seeing

 

what is dreaming about because some dont make sense at all some have real stuff which has happened in the past or sometimes different bits from made up bits to things what have happened all muddled up together

i cant remember them maby the odd 'bad dream' but not many

i sleep talk alot so everyone else gets to share my dreams, so far ive told my brother that the ceiling is made of needles, that theres a hole in my head, and got up and called him random female names whilstgi ving him my mp3 player telling him it will keep him safe

 

the best dream i had was when i was trying to link some form of acid and the balearics to spongebob and it made sense...till i woke up

hardly ever remember my dreams, i have been told i sometimes talk in my sleep though, although most of it is garbled and not really english

 

i have heard that you dream everynight because the brain cant shut down totally, otherwise you would die, which is a fair point, but unless it is a particually vivid dream you just wont remember, also heard you have more than 1 dream a night, but only remember one, if any at all.

cheese is ment to give you nightmares, never found that myself though

 

as for the past life, hard to say, could be any number of reasons, good memories? things you regret and wish you had done differently or not done all together, all depends what it is about

not sure why we do, but some of them really freak me out, the other month i woke up in a cold sweat as i was in the rovers return with all the charectos in from when i was about 8

has any one else sleep walked ?

 

i did once, but i was asleep , but could see myself walking down the stairs..

 

in all i walked round the landing, down the stars, through the hall, sat in the direct centre of the living room, then was helped up the staires by my mom (still asleep) and back to bed

 

i usally remember my dreams.. then really need to go to the loo.. by this time there gon (hence my 1st post)

i sleep walk occassionally, found myself in the garden, i usually stick to stalking my mum and scaring the crap out of her which would be very funny if only i was awake

When I was working long hours I used to get so tired that I would do stuff in my sleep. Not sleep walk exactly but I used to open the windows and doors and also take my PJ's off, fold them up and leave them on the pillow. A bit embarrassing if I was staying at a mates place I have talked in my sleep about a guy and in the morning my boyfriend asked me about him. I was single pretty quick then And the dreams I have are pretty vivid and I get to remember them too. I just wish they'd come true I love my dreams!!!
