antz Posted September 9, 2008 Report Posted September 9, 2008 apparently you put a big boot like a wellie along the skirting board and chase it towards it. the mouse will run round the edge and into the wellie. pick it up fast and HEY PRESTO! MOUSE A LA BOOT

Mick The Mig Posted September 11, 2008 Report Posted September 11, 2008 As Ratman says, chocolate does it every time. Have caught several like this in our workshop. The guy in the flat upstairs said they keep leaving footprints in his frying pan, so I lent him one of our traps, Instant result.
X-pack-Glyn Posted September 13, 2008 Report Posted September 13, 2008 good old fasiond wooden mouse trap (dont get the crappy plastic ones) get some milk chocolate melt a small aount on an old spoon and pour it on the trap paddle/pin when it sets. yep, thets what he told me too, had the fooker in 2 hours....SNAP... cadburies chocolate works best... i didnt empty the trap though as the buggers eyes fell out and i couldnt even look at it, so just lobbed the trap, complete with mouse into a bag.... and.... gave the trap back to the father in law who i borrowed it off
