ZetecVan 2.0 Posted September 15, 2008 Report Posted September 15, 2008 On my way home yesterday afternoon I came off the motorway and onto the bypass. There must have been about 8 or 9 chavs on their little scooters, all with L plates dicking around. There was a Morrisons wagon (40 footer) in front and they were all trying to race it. Some got in front, about 6 didn't. One drove down the left to overtake it (this took about 2 miles) and the others were driving down the wrong side of the road when cars were coming. None had any road sense. It really annoyed me the way they were driving. They turned off somewhere. So about half a mile later I driving though my village (30 zone) when another gang of chavs (about a dozen of them) were dicking about on the street. One took a small Fanta bottle and kicked it high into the air. It hit a nearby house and landed in their garden. As I drove past (my window was open and arm on the ledge), I just instinctively did the 'apple pie' gesture to them all. Now that would have been fine normally, but I was in my van, in my own village. It's kind of instantly recognisable...
Trevmk3 Posted September 15, 2008 Report Posted September 15, 2008 nice one Mike, hope they are to thick to realise what the van was though mate. other than the chavs you got back up alright then
Noodles Posted September 15, 2008 Report Posted September 15, 2008 I hate those little chav on scooters, once a few years back me and a bunch of mates back in my 'cruzing' days boxed a load in and we all just sat there wheel spinning, pretty funny at the time. Yes I was a boy racer

I actually make a point of driving slower when being tailgated by them just to be annoying

Anglia68 Posted September 16, 2008 Report Posted September 16, 2008 Now that would have been fine normally, but I was in my van, in my own village. It's kind of instantly recognisable... Being too well recognised was one of the reasons the van went from grey and orange to blue so nows the perfect time to change it's colour again. Hope nothing happens to it though Mike.
