And i'm well chuffed with it. Its a cracking motor and has been looked after. Its LPG too, so before you moan that its a 3.0 V8 bear in mind its cheaper to run than a 1.6! I can't have a little car cos i carry a lot of gear and do a lot of miles, so it ideal.

 

Everything works and it drives like a dream! The best bit is that i even managed to get it for £1700 on account of the front discs being heavily worn. So thats £150 cheaper for £70 worth of discs which i fitted today!

 

The Passat, before you ask, was a dog. It had 142k on the clock and had a knock or scrape for every single mile. It ran rough, pulled to the right a bit and the turbo was fooked, didn't spin up till nearly 5k!!

 

So, i'm a happy bunny, Laura is a happy bunny and my pimp hat has now come out of hiding!

 

So, lets hope it lasts!

Cheers mate! Seriously though, how fooking hard does it look? Its a beast, and TBH, as long as you ignore the sport setting on the 'box its not horrific on the go juice. I'm not using the LPG till i have had it all checked out and tested.
