Its got the usual turbo lag but then it just smacks you up the arse and sends you flying! Its got a full stainless mongoose system fitted and its got a lovely gentle burble on the over run and cracks when you change gear sounds ace. he let me steal it for a bit and i took it up the lanes turbo lagging around in 4th and then double clutch to second and it just takes off! had it screaming sideways up a hill off a roundabout near me with plumes of smoke off the back wheels its a tasty machine! What are your thoughts on these beasties?

DEP Posted September 15, 2006 Report Posted September 15, 2006 Oh yes i love my 200, so much fun, mine still needs lowering, but i m still able to get it sideways without too much trouble. Mine cost me £875, i ve fitted the stainless exhaust, which meant de-catting it, its now around 200bhp, good enough for a consistant 14,4 1/4 mile time at the pod, and there is still so much still to do, The internals can take up to 300bhp, shall i go on.............

They put out around 170bhp standard and by the sounds of thing its so easy to get more! you just bolt stuff on and the internals can hack it. you put a better chip/computer (whatever the hell it is) in it and it goes up past 200 i think around the 220bhp mark with bigger injectors, dump valve boost thingy and induction kit and it'll be over 250bhp easy! The turbo lags a bit gay but as my mate says its great when showing the car to people who've never been in it.. its like "Oh, i though it'd be faster than thiiIIIIISSSSSSSS!!!!"

My mates one is burgandy with a caved in passenger door hence why he got it for £500! theres nothing wrong apart from that, he just needs to find a door now as its a pain in the arse (literally) climbing over the gear stick everytime i go for a ride with him!
