Ive always got shit for owning a 4 door and standing up for them. Even when i stopped and kept my mouth shut people still give me shit for it. so when I asked what the term MORE DOOR was meant to mean...suprise suprise i got shit for it. Then I make one comment and I get shit for it.

 

Then I didnt say anything and at a cruise the other night some guy who I dont even know gave me shit and took the piss.

 

What ever happened to the friendly atmosphere of the site?...oh wait weve been there and I GOT SHIT FOR IT

 

Maybe I bring it all on myself yet when Im at a car cruise with my friends talking about thigns, the last thing I really want is to get shit for 'UH UH HE MOANS ABOUT MORE DOORS'

Back on subject the 2 door job done right is a LOT more than swapping a few bits like B posts & doors as glen or me will tell you as we both have ex 4 door cars, you may well find that like the cortinas the rear screen & C posts are not at the same angle on 2 & 4 door cars ! have a look at glens pics befor ya start

I say do it. When i had a four door many moons ago all i wanted was a two door as the four door just dont look right as the rally look car that i wanted to have so allways a little peed. If back then i could of as is suggested turn it into a two door i would of as the cage made the rear doors pointless. Glen did it with a cortina to a really good standard no reason an escort cant be done.

Four doors are'nt everyones cuppa tea and in my opinion like my own was some are two door wannabe's
