but the rest of the car is awesome and a real credit to you kev

It is already curved Steve - in the piccy on page 1 - the original is braced aswell.

I do think it perhaps needs something going on a bit lower down though The red escort on the first page looks like the bootlid is extended slightly to meet the spoilers shape.

 

I'm wondering what it would look like with the original rubber boot spoiler on it too.

Aha - well whats going to happen is I am going to have fitted a fibreglass spoiler with a spoiler on it and paint that up - it will be held in by catches etc.

I'm not chopping up my spoiler to fit in between not a chance

tbh kev think the car needs to be slamed and those mud flaps took off. at the moment it looks like the car has an identity crisis it dont know wether its a rally car or touring car. just my opinion. if u like it as is thats all that matters u down tuesday big fella?

Each to there own Kev, but for me it spoils what is a really nice car.
