TwoLitrePinto Posted November 6, 2009 Report Posted November 6, 2009 i know the type of copper you mean, wont let you get a word in edgeways, wishes he was in the army, but couldnt get in because he wasnt fit enough so the police force had to do... ive had one of those before, i told him to do whatever it was he was going to do and then let me go. i was on the verge of losing my temper with him, i hadn't actually done anything wrong on this occasion either!

THANK YOU!! Someone that understands that not all police are fair! Maybe the coppers on this forum are? I don't know. Don't get me wrong, I've met some nice people in the police before (few and far between). BUT some are just power hungry know it all d1ck heads that probably got bullied at school which is why they joined in the first place. Unfortunatly on my occasion I'm came into contact with the latter type, and I did lose my temper with him. I was furious. Hitting him wasn't an option so I just lost it. No it didnt get me anywhere.... And it takes someone with a HUGE IQ to be able to point that one out... TWAT!

You're getting these comments because you deserve them IMO. Take it like a man
paul capri Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 I can take things like a man, I just didn't realise how "Pro-police" you all are. In my area they are the absolute enemy, and they earn that reputation themselves for good reason.
KJ 1320 Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 m8 if that is your real age of 18 and if you keep acting like a "driving god" you won't be keeping your licence for long.
escort21 Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 you won't be keeping your licence for long Lets hope so and then we'll all be safer
KJ 1320 Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 We ALL like a bit of "spirited driving" but as you get a bit older you tend to think more about the consequences if you get caught.
Pipster007 Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 As you're only a young driver, how did you come to making such an informed opinion of the "Absolute Enemy" ???????
Admin Vista Posted November 7, 2009 Admin Report Posted November 7, 2009 I can take things like a man, I just didn't realise how "Pro-police" you all are. In my area they are the absolute enemy, and they earn that reputation themselves for good reason. We are not "pro police" we are just not anti them like you appear to be. When I was 18 I too though all police were bent, referred to them as pigs and distrusted them etc etc................then I got a bit older and wiser and realised we'd be in a right pickle without them, especially after I'd travelled to a few countries where the police really were on the take and not to be trusted. The point is, that the forum is not to be used as a springboard for attacks on anyone, members or otherwise be it of a racist nature or against anyone in a particular job................ Except maybe northern monkey shandy drinkers

mk1super Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 Time and a place for everything, wanna play find an empty industrial estate or head out of town. I have encoutered mini hitlers a few times when i rode bikes pulled for loud cans, dark visors the odd wheelie. But in general they were always decent sorts, with only the best of intentions, and i got no more than a ticking off. Keep quiet dont lose your temper co-operate and they normally send you on your way with just a telling off Vista you know that aint the truth about us northerners well not us jocks anyway
paul capri Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 Keep quiet dont lose your temper co-operate and they normally send you on your way with just a telling off ill try, but I'm never usually that lucky to be let off
ASBO CAPRI Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 Yep think yourself lucky we don't have coppers like america has. If they catch you driving recklessly your liable to be zapped with a tazer and if you get lippy with them they kick shite out of you.
ASBO CAPRI Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 Time and a place for everything, wanna play find an empty industrial estate or head out of town. Even got to be carefull down an industrial estate. I was drifting about in a 2.8i capri down industrial estate once and someone in one of the units grassed me up to police. We packed up and went home and got in diffrent car and was driving up road when a copper come flying past lights and siren blazing going towards the units. We got lucky that time he was too late.
mk1super Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 The thing is Paul (Without sounding like an old man ere ) Police get mad at you for being naughty because they think of the "what if's" As i call em. What i mean is for example. When i was pulling wheelies in 3rd gear i wasnt thinking what if the bike loops or i run into someone or someone has a blow out and hits me, or a person, dog, cat, deer, sheep walks out infront of me? I was thinking i wonder if i can get it into 4th without the front dropping much Now it doesnt take alot to wipe out on a wheelie but could you imagine the mayhem if a car hit you while your doing one the wrong side of 70 on one wheel? or the possible mayhem and injuries caused if i'd hit someone, or worse still killed someone. The police they think of that. When i was being a nugget i didnt. I aint getting on at you mate just saying be careful an choose the right places an times to go ape, nobody wants to hear that you got it wrong and ended up behind bars or have been hurt or worse still killed.
zetecmk2 Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 another yet undiscussed side to this arguement is they must be "seen by the public" to act! i've been pulled up 3 times in 10 yrs by the police, once for "driving like a c**t (thier words, not mine) but they saw i was appolegetic, not a smacked out my head chav type, in a nice car (again, thier words) and it had only been on the road for a few days after a rebuild, they were fine, asked me to take the bonnet off!! admired my car and said "take it easy" and were off. they said they must be seen to take action as the other people would loose faith if they did nothing about a car drifting round a roundabout. i totally see thier point! as i said earlier, this won't be happening again as i'm putting a side valve in the escort!!
EscortHeadCase Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 Sidevalves are the way forwards (or sideways)
