cortinasgoneforaburton Posted November 28, 2009 Report Posted November 28, 2009 hi all what do you think of this ive bought, a mk4 2 door with mot and tax, with the added bonus of 4 good 205x60x13 tyres so that solves my tyre dilema in my "xmas prezzie to myself" post, got a set of capri lazer wheels i might put on it or the stealths off my red one (see sig pic) its got a good 1.3 lump in it and it sat at 70mph on the motorway on the way home the only faults are worn front seats, but hey what are rs turbos for if only to donate there recaros. Id like your opinions on thewheel choice looking forward to goin work in it Monday.

cortinasgoneforaburton Posted November 28, 2009 Author Report Posted November 28, 2009 The guy i got it off said he was a member of manchester classic car club they meet at the swinging bridge apparently
moredoorAsh Posted November 28, 2009 Report Posted November 28, 2009 I quite like the steels that are on it, would look better black though. Stealth's are a deff in my opinion , can't picture the lazer wheels on it. Are those arches standard, they really stand out, looking good

In The Pit Posted December 1, 2009 Report Posted December 1, 2009 MKIV's are so cool and the rarest of the Cortinas. I too like the sport steels that are on it, you could always paint in the black inserts to make them stand out more. I bet you'll get loads of looks from people when your out in it. Jo public always have a warm smile for a Cortina!!
