caprinerd Posted December 10, 2009 Report Posted December 10, 2009 i was affected in a big way this year when a person who was a very close mate was arrested for sexual assult on kids, it turned my life upside down, and now have little to no trust in people i meet, the guy in question was treated like a member of my family and his girlfriend at the time became a close friend and still see`s us as family, and her children who were involved in this (as well as other children) call us uncle and aunt still but im glad to say the nonce has been to court and was put on remand and went back to crown court this week and was given 5 years and put on the pedophile register, the full story is not right out in the open and there were 9 kids involved that we found out about, 2 of which were his own sons, the guy joined this forum before this came to light and when i found out about this i got darren to call me and expained just what was going on and the boss rightly removed him from the forum. instead of pming every one i thought as its now in the local press i can legally put it to open forum, still feel that 5 years is not enough but thats what the courts gave him so have to go by their rules this is the press clip:- Five years for Norfolk sex offender CHRISTINE CUNNINGHAM Last updated: 10/12/2009 06:31:00 A man who sexually abused two young girls was last night starting a five year sentence after a judge said he posed a “significant risk” to the public. Nicky Crisford, 29, groomed both his victims before he went on to abuse his first victim when she was aged nine to 12 and the other girl when she was just nine, Norwich Crown Court heard. Crisford of Tottington Road, Thompson, near Thetford, was convicted of seven sex offences against one girl and three sexual offences against the second victim following a trial, and he appeared for sentence yesterday As well as jailing him for five years Judge Simon Barham ordered that on his release he be placed on an extended eight year licence for the protection of the public. Judge Barham also placed him on the sex offenders register for life and banned him from ever working with children. He also made him subject to a sexual offences prevention order under which he must not have any unsupervised contact with any girl under 16. Sentencing him Judge Barham said that he had groomed his victims and they had both suffered because of the abuse he put them through. “They are likely to suffer long-term effects as a result of what you did.” In one case he said he had threatened the victim with violence if she told anyone about the abuse. He added: “You pose a significant risk to the public.” Jonathan Dunne, for Crisford, said that he did not have any previous convictions for sex offences.
Ste-V Posted December 10, 2009 Report Posted December 10, 2009 I'm sorry to hear about that buddy.. There's some bad people out there, but must be an awful feeling finding something like that out about a friend
Mrs O/H/C Posted December 10, 2009 Report Posted December 10, 2009 We had a "friend" who we found out was doing wrong things It does make you feel pysically sick at the thought of someone you trusted being around your children and others. Just remember it was nothing you could foresee and it was not a reflection on yourself. 5 years..is nothing considering the affected families have to live with those scars for life. BUT im sure you and your partner will do all thats possible to make those kids have happy memories from now on !!
Chris! Posted December 10, 2009 Report Posted December 10, 2009 What a dick, should get life! I had a mate ive known since infant school, we were best mates since I was 13. Last April after we had been in town I caught him stealing £250 and odly a new pair of shoes I had just bought I know its no where near as bad as what you've been through but its still shit when he was my best mate.
Admin Vista Posted December 10, 2009 Admin Report Posted December 10, 2009 that's pretty nasty stuff mate and just goes to show you never really know someone. For instance, in 1999 I spent three months on a course with this guy, we socialised together and went drinking a few times (fortunately in a large group) and he was always a good laugh and seemed good company to have around. About two months later he was arrested and this story broke: http://www.thenewscentre.co.uk/grimson/index.htm They reckon there are more victims around the world and began looking in to missing persons cases around the world that matched dates he was there on RN ships. Edit: Oh cock, look he's wearing a Ford shirt in this link! http://www.users.on.net/~bundy23/wwom/grimson.htm
BIGKEV Posted December 10, 2009 Report Posted December 10, 2009 Scot that second link chap..... "There were some lucky people around who stayed with me. They were lucky because they avoided being killed."
Admin Vista Posted December 10, 2009 Admin Report Posted December 10, 2009 I know mate, I still shudder when I think about it. I sat on the next table to his in a classroom for months and had been out on the beer with him at least ten times in that time, including to Joannas that is mentioned. Occasionally he'd make a quip about gay bashing and we just put it down to a twisted sense of humour
caprinerd Posted December 10, 2009 Author Report Posted December 10, 2009 it just goes to show you never really know a person, and i always thought i was one person that could judge a person when i met them this low life nonce had me and my family fooled and even an ex police sargent friend of ours
bigglesmk2 Posted December 10, 2009 Report Posted December 10, 2009 Mate thats bad ,hope you get passed it A lad i've known for nearly 14 years has confessed hes a cross dresser . Yeah c'mon! Not exactly the same is it? Mind he did nick some stuff, so not exactly blameless, but can't help thinking it sounds like he got a good slap just for putting on undies and a dress.

evil knievel Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 There are some very sick individuals out there. Really twisted- but it's amazing how convincing they can be. I'm sorry to hear about his, Rog, it's always horrible losing a friend but in this way it's even worse!
SmokeEm Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 No doubt he'll get what he deserves on the inside Roger

Like i said,he is a crosser dresser now and thats all good and well (if thats who he is then fine, not knocking him for that ) But like i also said i cant put anymore deatils on an open forum about it (Theres more to it and its discusting, hes not right) Lets just say"no one likes a pedo"
caprinerd Posted December 11, 2009 Author Report Posted December 11, 2009 he will dave but is that really enough though, i my eyes a good slap and kicking aint enough but taking things that little bit further would put him as a victim and unfortunately its the law in this country and know mater how we feel about it its the way its got to be

caprinerd Posted December 15, 2009 Author Report Posted December 15, 2009 just a quick up date he guy in question is now being questioned about more kids, as far as i know there are as much as 30 kids all under 11years of age, thank god i never had him look after my own grand kids,
FredTransit Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 30! lock him away and throw away the key. That's the polite version.....
Ste-V Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 I'm sure he will be made to feel very welcome inside
bigglesmk2 Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 but paedophile and transvestite are two very different things, That they are What do you call someone who does both ?
Grizzley Dell Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 bullet in the head, they aint no use to society & should never be allowed to walk free again. im still trying to find 1 that got 3 years for 2 years of abuse on my god daughter. 1 day.
caprinerd Posted December 15, 2009 Author Report Posted December 15, 2009 but paedophile and transvestite are two very different things, That they are What do you call someone who does both ? it dont matter if someone is a CD or not if they sexually abuse kids they are a nonce end of cross dressing is a way of life, same as swinging and being bi-sexual, but to take a child and sexually abuse that child for a persons own sexual pleasure is just sick, it dont mater if its 1 child or 100, it dont mater if its someone elses child or thier own, child sexual abuse is sick cross dressing dont bother me not that i do it but each and every person has a fetish of some kind, whether they want to admit it or not, but sexual abuse on a minor is not a fetish, its a perversion and a sick one
