i always thought my girlfriend had adrink prob, ive known her drink 21 bottles of stella in one night while shes sat at home on her own , many a night when shes out she,ll drink around 10 pints , id say she drinks 3 nights outa 7 , i eventually got her to go to docs about it . (took 5 yrs) and the doc sed she hasnt a drink prob but should calm it down to the womans allownace of 10 units a week or wotever it is, (she gets evil n violent on drink) which is another story , so i was like fookin great even the doc says she has no problem, few months later she has major rag week pains and goes to doc, after tests she has fatty liver(first sign of liver damage ) has she stopped drinking no, yet she dont have a problem :banghead::crap::sulk:

I got a drink problem, 2 hands and only one 1 mouth,

on most nites I have 3-4 beers but nowhere near as bad as I was before I got doing my OSFs ( the reason I got one) I would sit playing tinternet poker every nite til the wee hours and do at least 12 cans. and then hamered on the weekends

technically yes you are probably drinking too much

i'd imagine the factthat you are asking on a public forum means you have at least considered that it might be the case

how many nights is 'most nights' and also do you drink lots more of a weekend? if you are only having moderate amounts but quite steadily i'd guess that's more healthy than binge drinking

i had to stop having beer in the house cos if it was there i'd drink it. i still fancy a drink pretty much every evening but usually not enough to actually walk up to the shops and buy some

have you ever considered that you will be over the limit in the morning as well if you drive to work. just a thought. if yo need your license...

i'm no expert but i can't see any way that a few cans the night before would mean you were still over the limit the next day

if you got absolutely hammered then yeah maybe

if it turns out that say, 3 pints of an evening puts you over the limit the next day then i have been a very serious repeat drink driver for the whole time i have been driving

well put it this way i no some 1 who has access to the breathalyzer that the boys in blue use at the roadside and have tested my self after 2 pints 5 hours later and bingo it was RED..but every bodies body is different...:roll:

Well i tried not having any beer since i posted the question and feel no cravings or nowt like that so i can still take it or leave it :D I fear quitting the ciggies will be a different matter though :lol:

I Must also stress its never more than 4 bottles and thats maybe max of 4 out of 7 days a week. If i know i'll have to drive in the morning wont touch a drop the evening before.
