young un Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 can i just ask how do you get the colour changes to be so realistic steve
ZetecVan 2.0 Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 can i just ask how do you get the colour changes to be so realistic steve There's a few different ways. It's hard work! You need to create a layer with only the bodywork that you want to change. This is time consuming if you want to do it right. Next use the option to remove all colour, then use the option to add colour back shade by shade. That's how I do it, but you can also do it by changing contrast/saturation etc. Did you manage to get a copy of photoshop?
young un Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 i have version 4 on my dads work laptop so you do colour by adding the red green and blue layers until you get it how you want it cheers steve
ZetecVan 2.0 Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 love the colour choice kieran Is that your entry? You've done a good job making it look like an unfinished project Steve, yeah basically. I don't know if the options are the same in V4 as in CS: First do a image->adjustments->desaturate Then image->adjustments->variations and play around until you're happy.
young un Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 thanks mate im coping that into word and savin so i dont forget steve
