It was too hot! Like classic ford last year, my eyes hurt after awhile! ha ha. Thanks for sorting out the stand jo, and nice to meet you :)

 

It's has to be said, we had a jelly mould on the stand, weird yes.......... but a nova? ha ha ha :piss:

i had a look around the cars on the osf stand some good looking cars. i was unsure who to speak to (maybe should have asked)  i thought you would have had some things for sale (hats t shirts stickers key rings)  names on tops or even osf t shirts. i hope to be going to ford fair in august i might have grown a pair by then to speek to someone great show

Who does the kinda turquoise/green colour (what is that colour btw) mk2 escort that was jacked up at the back belong to? Was at classic ford too. That car is stunning :):ykt:

Nice to meet a few more of you face to face MexicanSteve, James, Daniel Coomer although I still didn't get to chat to Savvi ... I was busy and then I didn't see you again XJamesX ... it was not a Sierra it was a Mk7 Cortina :D and you must have had sun blindness because it wasn't a Nova it was a Mustang ;) lol Jamster .. pull yourself together man and come and speak to any of us next time lol (I had a black polo on all day with the OSF logo and my username on it! .... this was not a merchandise selling show as we had too much other stuff going on but at Ford Fair we will have all the merchandise for sale :D<br />

I did come over to speak to you Jo ............. but you were deep in conversation, Colin was busy setting up his car after doing the head gasket and not many others were about,  then someone else spoke to me and we all wandered off around the show :D

 

 

I didn't speak to many peeps did park next to Mk2 Ed and had a chat and the guy with the nice Capri with ( I think ) the 302 in it, then walked round with Marky4 and his lad Ryan.

 

Good stand tho and good show

WAS SOOOO HOT, lucky got burnt the other weekend so not feeling sore as had a bit of base colour, saw plenty of people looking red tho. I wast really around the stand much so didnt get to see anyone. but was a good show, Thanks for sorting it out Jo  :-)

i'm still not managing to get anywhere early (I did get up at 7.30 honest!) but it was great to park up with you lot

(although being next to that mint mint mk2 really showed up all the imperfections on mine!)

 

didn't get to chat much but really enjoyed the day, loads of cool cars and glorious sun

Cheers Jo, had a great time TBH. Haven't raced in OSFDC for a while and have to say had a pukka time. Ran a PB 13.8 street legal comfy, in-between a couple of bum runs, probably need to relax more, but overall was well chuffed. Was good to catch up with some old faces Jayson 2.3, etc and meet some new... :)

Was a awesome show, thankyou jo for putting the stand on, we are growing every year at retro and more and more are watching how good the osfdc is :-)

Great atmosphere and great cars, nice to put some faces to names :-)

Well done to Harwin for running a 13.2, not far off the 12's now mate :-)

Green car was a local car to us fenland boys his name is Roland Mansfield.

Had lots of people interested in our club that haven't joined before including a guy with mk2 escort van, mk2 zephyr so might be drawing more faces in ykt
