Admin Mk2Jo Posted June 2, 2014 Admin Report Posted June 2, 2014 I just want to say a VERY big thank you to all of you that came along in your cars onto the OSF stand yesterday and to all of you that took the time to come and say hello. A massive thank you to JP and the Dutch contingent who organised the stand parking - not an easy task with 160 cars to sort out and to my sons Jordan & Ainsley who directed the cars from the start of the massive stand. Last but not least can I say well done and thank you to Scott aka Vista for organising and sending out all the tickets and passes beforehand and running the OSF gazebo all day yesterday along with my fellow Admin Mr Baileymex aka Colin .... bloody EPIC stand with more cars than ever before ... in our 10th year, we can happily say that OLD SKOOL FORD is still the biggest and BEST old skool club out there!! THANK YOU ALL ... now lets see all your photos and stories from.the day. 8

Admin Mk2Jo Posted June 2, 2014 Author Admin Report Posted June 2, 2014 All of our members were superb except for the guy with the white mk1 Transit, who, despite me asking him TWICE to his face if it was his new shape blue Transit and trailer that were blocking the stand at the end, said he didn't know whose they were ... if you do it again next year you arrogant arse then we will manhandle them off the stand .. not sure why you thought you could park wherever you wanted but it won't happen next year 3

qwerty Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 My first CFS and it definitely won't be my last. The OSF stand took up so much of my time stuff was leaving by the time I got to the bottom of the club stands!! Roll on next year, when I'll hopefully be there in the Cortina! 2

Luckily I managed to nurse it home and travel up in my work van, which was just as well really due to the wacky races balls up at the end!! That aside though it was the best CF I've been to, great cars and superb strip action with some great times being run. Nice to meet people who I've not said hello to before, didnt get a chance to meet Vista though.....Every time I was around the stall he was a very busy man!! Top job though Scott roll on next year 3

Had an monumantal long weekend (holliday). Thanks for understanding us with parking, our accent will be difficult to understand at 8 am. Thanks to Jo and Vista for aranging it again , till next time in Venlo Netherlands?? 4

5tox Posted June 3, 2014 Report Posted June 3, 2014 My CF story is that while pulling in to pod i realised id left the pair of tickets on my bedside table (an hour and a half drive away) oh well.... never mind, was well worth paying again. cant wait til the escorts finished so i can bring it along
