Mr.Sumo Posted February 20, 2007 Report Posted February 20, 2007 WTF Been trying to get a new Birth Certificate to update my Passport and Driving Licence , so sent of the dosh etc , and have had an e-mail from the Government Dept telling me that " we hold no records of this name etc etc ....a full refund will be in the post "...... WTF !
