robert maguire Posted November 12, 2015 Author Report Posted November 12, 2015 Thanks Lads.My mates and I have about 6 mk2 escorts between us incl 3 genuine RS 2000 and few flat fronts in various conditions.I real good one is in Andys Autobody since earleir this year for refurb.Black 1979 genuine low mileage Irish car which he has owned since 1985 approx.I have the Ozzie 1.6 flat front with excellany bodywork ,almost mint, but rotten metallic blue Mink type colour (Non UK colour) but I am just about to start Zetec conversion .I will be stripping the cream interiro and selling it shortly as well as some other chrome handles etc.I have just recieved all new ruubbers from East Kent Trim and respray will be done ,in Frozen White, maybe next year after Zetec conv is completed.Also has set 13inch Minilite style wheels 6in not deep dish, also will be for sale.You probably know all this but the Ozzie cars have the fuel tank under the boot floor instead on in RH wheel well.Pop down number plate jobbie like mk2? Cortina>?.Rear seat belts and the Type 49 heavy duty body etcI will load up some pics soon.
